Rip Tide Suicide.

I’m going down to the beach today,

To swim,

I honestly can’t say,

In the back of my mind,

I’m wishing,

Praying that the waves take me away,

For Poseidon to drag me down,

So I can become a ghost,

Of his salt water kingdom,

But I can only hope,

I love the sounds of crashing waves,

It comforts me,

Pleases me,

Enlightens me,

It makes me love this earth,

And forget about my hard life,

But yet in the back of my mind,

I wish the waves would just end my light,

A watery death,

The deep sea my grave,

Atlantis shall become my new home,

And who knows, maybe I’ll reincarnate into a mermaid.

Just a suffering Victorian era ghost stuck in the past but loves modern music, sushi, and singing despite being really boring.
